My Background
Tracy graduated from the American Institute of Clinical (AiCM) in 2012. She has experience with chiropractic, sports medicine, physical therapy, injury related practitioners.

My Approach
I have been an experienced massage therapist for 12 years. My massage technique is inspired through natural practices. I work at the muscle skeletal junction to release tension. I believe it's a deeper, longer lasting release to work from the muscle skeletal junction rather than the muscle belly. This type of work is good for release in the cervical regions, neck, wrists, and elbows.

I received my massage certification in July of 2012 after an 18-month program at the American Institiute of Clinical Massage (AiCM). I was in the work off program at AiCM this allowed me to work off my degree by massaging in the school clinic. This opportunity gave me an advantage in my skills and let me practice firsthand what I was learning. Before I graduated, I was working my first-time massage therapist position at Hayden Lake Chiropractic. By April of 2014 I started Touch and I have enjoyed the journey ever since.
